RETURN POLICY
Return or exchange unused or defective merchandise by mail within 10 days of the order delivery. Product must be unused and in original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Custom and sale price items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Please send an email to info.natualskiesfashion@gmail.com to notify of item being returned and why. Once the item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email if return is accepted or rejected. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please be aware that refunds may take a few days to be processed.
If you need to request an exchange, please contact info.naturalskiesfashion@gmail.com. Exchanges are only for items of the same value.

If the item received was a gift, the original purchaser will need to conduct the return on your behalf by contacting info.naturalskiesfashion@gmail.com and noting where the item will be shipped from. Original purchaser will receive refund.
Contact info.naturalskiesfashion@gmail.com for mailing address if needed. If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

PAYMENT
Payments are received through Paypal. For custom order, invoice will be sent from Paypal. For more information about how payment information is received, please go to Privacy Policy Page.
SHIPPING POLICY
Naturalskies LLC currently only ships domestic. All items will be shipped via USPS with tracking information within 3 days – 2 weeks, depending on if product is in stock or made to order. Shipments over $100 will require a signature. Shipment fees are disclosed on order invoices.
PRODUCT PICK UP
When “Pick Up” is selected at shipping selection, Naturalskies LLC will contact you via email to coordinate pick up. You should expect to receive email during the 3 days—2 weeks period after order submission.
